Welcome to FREEBID.IN (“FREEBID”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the FREEBID website and its marketplace features, including vehicle listings, auctions, enquiries, and rental opportunities.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

FREEBID operates an online marketplace that helps users discover vehicles, publish listings, submit auction bids, and connect with other marketplace participants.

FREEBID does not ordinarily act as the buyer, seller, vehicle owner, rental provider, payment processor, or party to transactions independently negotiated between users.

Vehicle descriptions, prices, availability, ownership claims, and other listing information are generally supplied by the users who publish them.

FREEBID does not guarantee that a listed vehicle will be sold, purchased, rented, or available on particular terms.

Users must meet applicable legal requirements to use the relevant services.

Where a transaction requires legal capacity, a valid driving licence, regulatory permission, or other qualification, the participating users are responsible for satisfying those requirements.

Users publishing vehicle listings are responsible for ensuring that their content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Sellers should provide relevant information about vehicle specifications, ownership, condition, known defects, registration status, and applicable restrictions.

FREEBID may review, restrict, or remove listings in accordance with its moderation policies and applicable law.

Publication of a listing does not mean FREEBID has independently inspected or approved the vehicle.

FREEBID provides tools for users to discover listings and contact sellers.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for independently agreeing on:

• Final purchase price.
• Vehicle inspection and condition.
• Payment method and timing.
• Ownership and registration documents.
• Applicable taxes and government charges.
• Delivery or collection arrangements.
• Any warranties or contractual conditions.

Users should retain written evidence of important agreements and transactions.

FREEBID may display rental listings published by vehicle owners or rental businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, rental agreements are entered into directly between the rental provider and renter.

The parties are responsible for agreeing on rental duration, price, deposit, cancellation conditions, permitted use, insurance, vehicle condition, and return requirements.

Rental providers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles and rental activities comply with applicable licensing, permit, insurance, and other legal requirements.

Renters are responsible for satisfying applicable driving licence, age, eligibility, and lawful-use requirements.

External costs may still apply, including taxes, vehicle registration expenses, insurance, inspections, transport, banking charges, and amounts agreed directly between users.

Any future introduction of paid platform services or fees will require appropriate disclosure and any notices or agreements required by applicable law.

Users should exercise caution before transferring money, particularly where vehicle identity, ownership, or the other party's credibility has not been adequately established.

FREEBID does not provide escrow or payment guarantees.

Users must use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.

We may take proportionate action against suspected violations, including content removal or account restrictions, subject to applicable law.

Vehicle listings may contain information supplied by third parties.

FREEBID does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or current availability of every listing.

Users should independently verify vehicle ownership, registration, condition, finance obligations, insurance, and other relevant details before completing a transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The FREEBID name, website design, branding, software, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain applicable rights to content they lawfully own.

By uploading listing content, users grant FREEBID a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant marketplace services, subject to applicable law and the Platform's Privacy Policy.

Users must have the necessary rights to upload and share their content.

FREEBID may investigate reported listings, suspected misuse, security concerns, and violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may remove content, limit functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate access.

Users may contact support to raise concerns about moderation decisions.

Applicable grievance and appeal procedures will be provided where legally required.

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services.

FREEBID does not control their independent operations or contractual terms.

Users should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using external services.

We aim to provide a reliable marketplace experience, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, network interruptions, or other circumstances.

Features may change over time, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.

Buyers, sellers, bidders, and rental providers are responsible for resolving disagreements arising from their independently negotiated transactions.

FREEBID may review reports of suspected platform misuse but does not automatically become a party to an underlying vehicle transaction.

Users retain any rights to pursue complaints or remedies under applicable consumer protection and other laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FREEBID provides marketplace services without guaranteeing the accuracy of third-party listings, successful transactions, vehicle condition, or the performance of independent users.

FREEBID is not ordinarily responsible for obligations independently undertaken by buyers, sellers, or rental providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability, consumer rights, statutory obligations, or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the FREEBID Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

FREEBID may update these Terms to reflect changes in platform features, operational practices, or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date, and additional notice or agreement will be obtained where legally required.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory rights and protections available under applicable law.
