• We are not responsible for financial transactions

• Conduct their own due diligence before any transaction

Users are solely responsible for their interactions and agreements.

5. Vehicle Listings

Sellers are responsible for:

• Accuracy of vehicle details (condition, ownership, documents)
• Uploading genuine images and information
• Ensuring the vehicle is legally available for sale

FreeBids does not verify or guarantee listing accuracy.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Engage in scams or deceptive practices
• Use the platform for illegal transactions
• Manipulate offers or mislead other users

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts violating these rules.

7. No Warranty

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:
